Affiliated with American Saddlebred Association of the Carolinas. US Equestrian rules are followed unless otherwise specified. Neither ASAC nor the owner of the Grounds will be responsible for accidents or loss that may occur to person, animals, or property. Negative Coggins test, taken within 12 months of Show, is required and must be submitted with entries. An office fee of $1.00 will be charged if copies of Coggins are made. Horses must qualify for stake classes.
Entries close March 5, 2013. Entries made after this date will be charged a $10.00 post entry fee. Fees must be paid before back numbers are issued.
ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED BY 6:00 PM ON MARCH 16th.
The facility has 440 permanent stalls. Please make stall reservations early to ensure availability. Stalls are available at $70.00 each. No initial bedding provided. Reservations will be made upon receipt of $70.00 per stall rental fee. Stall preference will be given to class sponsors. Stalls WILL NOT be available until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, March 13th. STALL REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE AFTER MARCH 6th UNLESS STALLS CAN BE RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE. Shavings may be ordered on entry form. Bulk shavings MAY NOT be brought in from outside Garrison Arena. Shavings MUST be purchased at the Show Grounds. A grounds fee of $10.00 per horse will be charged for non-stalled horses. Complete camper hookups available at $27.00 per night.
