ASAC is the North and South Carolina charter club of the American Saddlebred Horse Association. It was founded over 25 years ago by a group of “horse show moms” to “Promote the American Saddlebred Horse from backyard pleasure horse to show ring champions”.

Today ASAC is one of the largest charter clubs at over 600 members, and also one of the most active.  Participation in regional expositions, exhibitions and other community events are only a few of the  activities that our club is involved with.

ASAC sponsors the ASAC Horse Show held every March at the indoor Garrison Arena in Clemson, SC. This three day show attracts exhibitors from across the Southeast. This show is used as a fundraiser for our organization but more importantly as a service to our members from neighboring states.

ASAC offers many activities and programs for it’s membership including a Youth Club, an Amateur Owner Trainers Club, High Point Awards, clinics, and much more.
