The American Saddlebred Association of the Carolinas is one of the largest and most active charter clubs in the United States. One of our goals is to promote the American Saddlebred Horse from backyard pleasure to show ring champions. Our success depends largely on the participation of our membership and we currently need your help.
Once again, we will have a silent and live auction at our annual convention in Concord, NC on January 27th and 28th. Profits from this auction provide the much needed financial support our organization needs to fulfill our mission.
We are writing to request your support in the form of a tax-deductible donation of a product or service for our auction. As a donor, you will receive recognition in the program distributed to the attendees as well as the benefits associated with supporting the important work that ASAC provides. Please know no donation is too small and that all donations will be greatly appreciated
Can we count on you to provide an item for the auction? If so, please complete the attached Auction Donation Form to pledge your contribution. A volunteer will follow up with you to arrange a time to pick up your items at a time convenient for you.
